Delete Your Account
You can delete your Simple Investor account at any time — directly from the app or by submitting a request below. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your portfolio data, alert configurations, and saved scenarios will be erased. This action cannot be undone. Export any data you need before proceeding.
Delete from the App
The fastest way — takes less than 30 seconds. Available in the current version of Simple Investor.
Open Simple Investor
Launch the app and make sure you are signed in to the account you wish to delete.
Go to Profile
Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar (rightmost icon).
Open Account Settings
Scroll down and tap "Manage Account" or "Account Settings".
Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of the settings page and tap the red "Delete Account" button.
Confirm Deletion
Type DELETE in the confirmation field and tap "Confirm". Your account will be immediately scheduled for permanent deletion.
What happens to your data
Account & credentials
Email address, hashed password, and profile info — permanently erased.
Portfolio data
All asset holdings, quantities, purchase prices, and dates — permanently erased.
Alerts & preferences
All price alerts, notification settings, and saved scenarios — permanently erased.
Push tokens
Your APNs device token is removed — no further notifications will be sent.
Support emails
Retained for up to 2 years per our support records policy.
Legal/financial records
Retained for 5 years as required by Polish accounting law (no personal portfolio data).
Can't access the app?
If you're unable to log in or access the app, submit a deletion request below. We'll verify your identity and process the request within 5 business days.
